Average Revolving Loan Utilization definition

Average Revolving Loan Utilization means, as of any Adjustment Date, the average daily Aggregate Revolving Facility Exposure for the fiscal quarter immediately preceding such Adjustment Date (or, if less, the period from the Closing Date to such Adjustment Date), divided by the aggregate Revolving Commitments in effect at such time.
Average Revolving Loan Utilization means, at any Adjustment Date, the average daily Aggregate Revolver Outstandings (excluding any Aggregate Revolver Outstandings resulting from any outstanding Swingline Loans) for the three-month period immediately preceding such Adjustment Date (or, if less, the period from the Closing Date to such Adjustment Date), divided by the Maximum Revolver Amount at such time.
Average Revolving Loan Utilization means, as of any Adjustment Date, the aggregate Dollar Equivalent of the Canadian Average Revolving Loan Utilization and the U.S. Average Revolving Loan Utilization as of such date.

Average Revolving Loan Utilization means, with respect to a given Class of Revolving Commitments, at any Adjustment Date, the average daily aggregate Revolving Credit Exposure (excluding any Revolving Credit Exposure resulting from outstanding Swingline Loans) of such Class for the three-month period immediately preceding such Adjustment Date (or, solely with respect to the FILO Credit Commitments, if shorter, the period from the Sixth Closing Date to such Adjustment Date), divided by the aggregate Commitments of such Class at such time;
Average Revolving Loan Utilization means, at any Adjustment Date, the sum of (a) the average daily aggregate U.S. Revolving Exposures (excluding any U.S. Revolving Exposure resulting from any outstanding U.S. Swingline Loans) for the three-month period immediately preceding such Adjustment Date (or, if less, the period from the Effective Date to such Adjustment Date), divided by the aggregate U.S. Revolving Commitments at such time, plus (b) the average daily aggregate Canadian Revolving Exposures (excluding any Canadian Revolving Exposures resulting from any outstanding Canadian Swingline Loans) for the three-month period immediately preceding such Adjustment Date (or, if less, the period from the Effective Date to such Adjustment Date), divided by the aggregate Canadian Revolving Commitments at such time. For the avoidance of doubt, the Tranche B Exposure and the Tranche B Commitments and the Tranche C Exposure and the Tranche C Commitments shall not be included in the calculation of “Average Revolving Loan Utilization”.

Average Revolving Loan Utilization means the fraction, expressed as a percentage as of the most recent Adjustment Date, (a) the numerator of which is the average daily aggregate Revolving Credit Exposure (excluding any Revolving Credit Exposure resulting from any outstanding Swing Loans) for the three month period immediately preceding such Adjustment Date (or, in the case of the first Adjustment Date, the period from and including the Closing Date through the date immediately preceding such first Adjustment Date), and (b) the denominator of which is the Aggregate Commitments at such time.

  • Total Utilization of Revolving Loan Commitments means, as at any date of determination, the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Revolving Loans (other than Revolving Loans made for the purpose of repaying any Refunded Swing Line Loans or reimbursing the applicable Issuing Lender for any amount drawn under any Letter of Credit but not yet so applied) plus (ii) the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Swing Line Loans plus (iii) the Letter of Credit Usage.

  • Adjusted Total Revolving Credit Commitment means at any time the Total Revolving Credit Commitment less the aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments of all Defaulting Lenders.

  • Revolving Loan Availability means, at any time, the Revolving Loan Limit minus the Revolving Loan Outstandings.

  • Base Rate Revolving Loan means a Revolving Loan that is a Base Rate Loan.

  • Commitment Utilization Percentage means on any day the percentage equivalent to a fraction (a) the numerator of which is the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Revolving Credit Loans, including the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Letters of Credit, Swingline Loans and Competitive Loans, and (b) the denominator of which is the Total Commitment (or, on any day after termination of the Commitments, the Total Commitment in effect immediately preceding such termination).

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Total Revolving Loan Commitment means, at any time, the sum of the Revolving Loan Commitments of each of the Lenders at such time.

  • Unused Revolving Credit Commitments means, at any time, the difference between the Revolving Credit Commitments then in effect and the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Revolving Loans and L/C Obligations.

  • Revolving Credit Availability means, at any particular time, the amount by which the Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment at such time exceeds the Revolving Credit Obligations outstanding at such time.

  • Unused Revolving Credit Commitment means, with respect to any Lender at any date of determination, (a) such Lender’s Revolving Credit Commitment at such time minus (b) the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Credit Advances, Swing Line Advances and Letter of Credit Advances made by such Lender (in its capacity as a Lender) and outstanding at such time plus (ii) such Lender’s Pro Rata Share of (A) the aggregate Available Amount of all Letters of Credit outstanding at such time, (B) the aggregate principal amount of all Letter of Credit Advances made by the Issuing Banks pursuant to Section 2.03(c) and outstanding at such time and (C) the aggregate principal amount of all Swing Line Advances made by the Swing Line Bank pursuant to Section 2.01(c) and outstanding at such time.

  • Aggregate Revolving Credit Commitment means the aggregate of the Revolving Credit Commitments of all the Revolving Lenders, as reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof. The Aggregate Revolving Credit Commitment as of the Tranche B-1 Funding Date is $150,000,000.

  • Incremental Revolving Credit Loans shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(b).
