The Agent shall promptly notify Borrower and the Revolving Lenders, including each New Revolving Loan Lender, as applicable, in writing of the final allocation of such increase and the Increased Amount Date and shall provide to such parties a revised Schedule 1.1 reflecting the final allocation of such increase.
