Auctioneering definition

Auctioneering means the business or act of selling for another real, personal or mixed property by auction.
Auctioneering means the business or conduct of an Auctioneer or Apprentice Auctioneer at an Auction.
Auctioneering means the business conducted by an auctioneer.

  • Interest payable in terms of this Agreement shall be payable by the Purchaser on demand and the Purchaser hereby authorises the Conveyancers and / or Firzt Auctioneering to deduct such interest from any interest that may accrue to the Purchaser or from any additional funds held for the Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement and further authorises the payment thereof to the Seller.

  • If this Agreement is cancelled due to the default of the Purchaser Firzt Auctioneering will be entitled to the Buyer’s Premium plus marketing costs from the Purchaser and should same have been paid pursuant to the above, such will not be refundable.

  • Firzt Auctioneering may display a “sold” board outside the Property for 3 (three) months from Confirmation date.

  • The Purchaser shall on the Signature Date pay the Deposit as set out in the Schedule, to Firzt Auctioneering.

  • If this Agreement is cancelled due to the Seller’s default, Firzt Auctioneering and / or the Conveyancer (as the case may be) shall refund to the Purchaser the Deposit upon such cancellation, exclusive of interest that has accrued in the interim period.

  • The Conveyancer and or Firzt Auctioneering shall only be liable to make payment of the actual interest that has accumulated in trust to the party entitled thereto upon resolution of the dispute.

  • The fee due to Firzt Auctioneering shall be paid by way of the Buyer’s Premium equal to 10% plus Vat of the bid price and shall be payable by the Purchaser.

  • By signature hereof, Firzt Auctioneering hereby accepts all benefits and obligations conferred in terms hereof.

  • The Seller warrants that he is not aware of any special levy being proposed by the Body Corporate other than as may be stipulated by the Seller and / or Firzt Auctioneering and / or the Auctioneer.

  • The Deposit less Buyer’s Premium shall be released to the Conveyancer’s trust account on the Confirmation Date by Firzt Auctioneering.

  • Auctioneer means the holder of an auction floor licence issued in terms of the Tobacco Marketing and Levy Act;

The labor and skill involved in a profession is predominantly mental or intellectual, rather than physical or manual. Recognized professions generally include, but are not limited to, law, medicine, education, engineering, accountancy, and journalism. Examples of an acceptable designation of a "profession," as defined in Elections Code § 13107, subdivision (a)(3), include, but are not limited to, "attorney," "physician," "accountant," "architect," and "teacher."

  • Specialist means either a physician or other health care professional who practices in a specific area other than those practiced by primary care providers, or a properly licensed, certified or registered individual health care provider whose practice is limited to rendering mental health services. For purposes of cost-share, this definition of “specialist” does not apply to dentists. BCBSAZ does not require you to obtain an authorization or referral to see a specialist.

  • Marketing means a direct or indirect offering or placement at the initiative of the AIFM or on behalf of the AIFM of units or shares of an AIF it manages to or with investors domiciled or with a registered office in the Union;

  • Specialist Physician means a licensed physician who qualifies as an attending physician and who examines a patient at the request of the attending physician or authorized nurse practitioner to aid in evaluation of disability, diagnosis, or provide temporary specialized treatment.
