Associated Contract definition

Associated Contract means any contract of sale for Products concluded between the Parties.
Associated Contract any amendment thereof and any new, prior or associated agreement, undertaking or arrangement in connection with the same subject matter;
Associated Contract means a Sungard AS Contract (there may be one or more) for other services, in connection with which these (network) Services are to be provided;

Related to Associated Contract

  • Non-negotiated contract means a contract whose terms, other than the terms contained in point 11.C. (given below) are not negotiated between the parties to the financial contract and includes –
