Asset Terms definition

Asset Terms means the Commodity and Commodity Futures Contract Linked Terms, the Currency Linked Terms, the Equity Linked Terms, the Fund Linked Terms, the Government Bond Futures Contract Linked Terms, the Index Linked Terms or the Index Futures Contract Linked Terms, as applicable;
Asset Terms means the Asset Terms set out in Schedule 2 of the Pricing Supplement.

Examples of Asset Terms in a sentence

  • For example, the relevant Final Terms will specify the issue date, the maturity date, the underlying asset(s) to which the Securities are linked (if any), the applicable "Product Conditions" and/or the applicable "Asset Terms".

  • For example, the relevant Pricing Supplement will specify the issue date, the maturity date, the underlying asset(s) to which the Securities are linked (if any), the applicable "Product Conditions" and/or the applicable "Asset Terms".

  • The relevant Pricing Supplement may replace or modify the "General Terms and Conditions", the "Product Conditions" and the "Asset Terms" to the extent so specified or to the extent inconsistent with the same.

  • If a scheduled date on which the price or level of an Underlying Asset is observed or determined falls on a day which is not an Underlying Asset Day for such Underlying Asset or any other day which is subject to adjustment in accordance with the relevant Asset Terms, then the relevant date may be postponed.

  • If the outstanding nominal amount of a Security is reduced to zero following the occurrence of an Event Determination Date, upon the performance by the Issuer of its obligations under these Asset Terms with respect to such Event Determination Date, the Issuer will be discharged from its obligations and liabilities to Securityholders in respect of such Security, and such Security will be cancelled.

  • The OECD Economic Outlook also projected Global GDP to decrease by 4.5% this year, before slowly increasing by 5% predicted in 2021 (OECD, 2020).

  • For clarification, the amounts which are payable under the Securities will continue to be determined by reference to the settlement provisions of the Reference CDS, and at the times and in the manner provided for therein and in these Asset Terms and the Outstanding Nominal Amount of each Security shall continue to be reduced by the applicable Credit Event Writedown Amount with effect from and including the Event Determination Date.

  • We welcome this, but we would highlight the fact that the legal requirement under FOIA section 19(2A)(a)(i) to make requested datasets available is already in force (unless, as mentioned above, it is ‘not appropriate’ to do so).

Related to Asset Terms

  • Financial Terms means the amount of compensation to be received by Vendor as evidenced by the Contract Documents, during the contract time.

  • Special Terms means the Section of the Contract entitled “Special Terms” that contains terms specific to this Contract, including but not limited to the Scope of Work and contract payment terms. If there is a conflict between the General Terms for Services Contracts and the Special Terms, the Special Terms shall prevail.

  • Fixed GAAP Terms means (a) the definitions of the terms “Capitalized Lease Obligation,” “Consolidated Interest Expense,” “Consolidated Net Income,” “Consolidated Net Tangible Assets,” “Consolidated Total Assets,” “Consolidated Senior Secured Net Debt Ratio,” “Consolidated Total Net Debt Ratio,” “Consolidated Total Indebtedness,” “Consolidated EBITDA” and “Indebtedness,” (b) all defined terms in this Indenture to the extent used in or relating to any of the foregoing definitions, and all ratios and computations based on any of the foregoing definitions, and (c) any other term or provision of this Indenture or the Notes that, at the Issuer’s election, may be specified by the Issuer by written notice to the Trustee from time to time; provided that the Issuer may elect to remove any term from constituting a Fixed GAAP Term.

  • FBF Definitions means the definitions set out in the June 2013 FBF Master Agreement relating to transactions on forward financial instruments as supplemented by the Technical Schedules (Additifs Techniques) as published by the Fédération Bancaire Française (together the FBF Master Agreement) as may be supplemented or amended as at the Issue Date.

  • Other Definitional Provisions set forth in Section 1.2 of the Basic Servicing Agreement are incorporated by reference into this 2017-3 Servicing Supplement.

  • Definitions In this Agreement:

  • Principal Terms means, with respect to any Series, (i) the name or designation; (ii) the initial principal amount (or method for calculating such amount), the Invested Amount, the Series Invested Amount and the Required Series Transferor Amount; (iii) the Certificate Rate (or method for the determination thereof); (iv) the payment date or dates and the date or dates from which interest shall accrue; (v) the method for allocating Collections to Investor Certificateholders; (vi) the designation of any Series Accounts and the terms governing the operation of any such Series Accounts; (vii) the Servicing Fee; (viii) the issuer and terms of any form of Series Enhancements with respect thereto; (ix) the terms on which the Investor Certificates of such Series may be exchanged for Investor Certificates of another Series, repurchased by a Transferor or remarketed to other investors; (x) the Series Termination Date; (xi) the number of Classes of Investor Certificates of such Series and, if more than one Class, the rights and priorities of each such Class; (xii) the extent to which the Investor Certificates of such Series will be issuable in temporary or permanent global form (and, in such case, the depositary for such global certificate or certificates, the terms and conditions, if any, upon which such global certificate may be exchanged, in whole or in part, for Definitive Certificates, and the manner in which any interest payable on a temporary or global certificate will be paid); (xiii) whether the Investor Certificates of such Series may be issued in bearer form and any limitations imposed thereon; (xiv) the priority of such Series with respect to any other Series; (xv) whether such Series will be part of a Group; (xvi) whether such Series will be a Principal Sharing Series; (xvii) whether such Series will be an Excess Allocation Series; (xviii) the Distribution Date; and (xix) any other terms of such Series.

  • Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions means any determination, decision or election with respect to any technical, administrative or operational matter (including with respect to the manner and timing of the publication of Three-Month Term SOFR, or changes to the definition of “Floating Interest Period”, timing and frequency of determining Three-Month Term SOFR with respect to each Floating Interest Period and making payments of interest, rounding of amounts or tenors, and other administrative matters) that the Company decides may be appropriate to reflect the use of Three-Month Term SOFR as the Benchmark in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Company decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Company determines that no market practice for the use of Three-Month Term SOFR exists, in such other manner as the Company determines is reasonably necessary).

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • Material Terms means (i) for Designated FX Transactions, the Settlement Date, amounts of each currency to be delivered by each party, and any other terms considered material in the market, (ii) for Designated Option Transactions, the amounts of each currency, the style (e.g., American or European) of option, the strike price, premium, expiration date, and any other terms considered material in the market, (iii) for Designated Bullion Trade Transactions, the Trade Date, Purchaser, Seller, Bullion, number of Ounces, Contract Price, Value Date, and any other material terms and (iv) for Designated Bullion Option Transactions, Trade Date, Buyer, Seller, Bullion, number of Ounces, style, type, Strike Price, Expiration Date, Settlement Date, Premium, Premium Payment Date, and any other material terms (terms used in subsection (iii) and (iv) in this definition have the means set forth in the 2005 ISDA Commodity Definitions).

  • Issue Terms means either (i) where the Securities are not Exempt Securities, the relevant Final Terms or (ii) where the Securities are Exempt Securities, the relevant Pricing Supplement, in each case, as described below.

  • Template Call Off Terms means the template terms and conditions in Annex 2 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • Extended Terms shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Restructuring Effective Date has the meaning set out in the Restructuring Implementation Deed;
