Asset Amount Deficiency definition

Asset Amount Deficiency means, as of any date of determination, the amount, if any, by which the Required Asset Amount exceeds the Aggregate Asset Amount, as of such date of determination.
Asset Amount Deficiency means, with respect to the Series 2010-3 Notes as of any date of determination, the amount, if any, by which the Required Asset Amount exceeds the Aggregate Asset Amount on such date.
Asset Amount Deficiency has the meaning given to it in the applicable Series Supplement.

More Definitions of Asset Amount Deficiency

Asset Amount Deficiency shall, with respect to any applicable Financing Source, have the meaning, if any, specified in the Financing Documents of such Financing Source.
