Assessment Area One definition

Assessment Area One means the approximately [ ] acres of land within the District currently planned for 191 single-family residences constituting Phase 1 and the recreation areas, parks and related infrastructure.
Assessment Area One means the approximately 93.12 acres of land within the District currently planned for 388 residential units constituting Phases 1 and 2 of the residential community, the recreation areas, parks and related infrastructure.

  • Assessment area means an area, or, if more than one area is designated, the

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Phase I assessment as described in, and meeting the criteria of, (i) Chapter 5 of the FNMA Multifamily Guide or any successor provisions covering the same subject matter in the case of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is multifamily property or (ii) the American Society for Testing and Materials in the case of Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is not multifamily property.

  • Area A means the area marked “Area A” outlined in red on the Plan (excluding that part shaded grey on the Plan);

  • Lot area means the total horizontal area within the lot lines of a lot.

  • Phase II means the second part of the tuition incentive assistance program which provides assistance in the third and fourth year of 4-year degree programs.

  • Incremental property taxes means the taxes as provided in Iowa Code sections 403.19 and 260E.4. “Industry” means a business engaged in interstate or intrastate commerce for the purpose of manufacturing, processing, or assembling products, conducting research and development, or providing services in interstate commerce, but excludes retail, health, or professional services. An industry is a business engaged in activities described as eligible in the Act rather than the generic definition encompassing all businesses in the state doing the same activities. An industry is considered to be a single, corporate entity or operating subdivision. An industry which closes or substantially reduces its operation in one area of the state of Iowa and relocates substantially the same operation in another area of the state is not eligible for a project. This definition does not prohibit a business from expanding its operations in another area of the state provided that existing operations of a similar nature are not
