ASME standard definition

ASME standard means ASME/ANSI A112.19.8a-2008, “Suction Fittings for Use in Swimming Pools, Wading Pools, Spas, and Hot Tubs.” The standard sets performance requirements and test methods for pool and spa fittings, covers and grates for physical strength, ultraviolet light resistance, and hair and body entrapment prevention.
