Arrêté definition

Arrêté has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 12.1.10;
Arrêté means a decree issued by the Minister of Mines and Geology of the Republic of Guinea evidencing the final approval of the government to the subject matter thereof.
Arrêté means a decree issued by the Director General of the National Petroleum Office of the Republic of Guinea.
