ARI Mill Levy definition

ARI Mill Levy means the ARI Mill Levy as defined in the Service Plans for each of the CAB Districts.
ARI Mill Levy means the mill levy of a District imposed and collected pursuant to its Service Plan.

  • Any district may, pursuant to any intergovernmental agreement with the City, extend the term for application of the ARI Mill Levy beyond the years set forth in A and B above.

  • The CAB Districts acknowledge that AACMD is a party to the ARTA Establishment Agreement and the AACMD/ARTA ARI Mill Levy IGA, and that the CAB Districts shall have responsibilities under the CAB Districts ARI Mill Levy IGAs.

  • Bank Levy means the bank levy which is imposed under section 73 of, and schedule 19 to, the Finance Xxx 0000 (the “UK Bank Levy”) and any levy or Tax of an equivalent nature imposed in any jurisdiction in a similar context or for a similar reason to that in and/or which the UK Bank Levy has been imposed by reference to the equity and liability of a financial institution or other person carrying out financial transactions.

  • Collateral Management Agreement The agreement dated as of the Closing Date, between the Issuer and the Collateral Manager relating to the management of the Collateral Obligations and the other Assets by the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Electric bicycle means a “class 1 electric bicycle”, a “class 2 electric bicycle”, or a “class 3 electric bicycle” as defined in this section. (ORC 4511.01(RRR))
