• The CAB Districts each covenant that they will do, execute, acknowledge, and deliver or cause to be done, executed, acknowledged, and delivered, such acts, instruments, and documents as may be reasonably required for the performance of their obligations under this CABEA.

• The CAB Districts shall not file a request with any court to consolidate among themselves or with any other Title 32 districts without the prior written consent of the City.

• The CAB Districts agree that (i) unless and until the processes set forth in Sections 10.3 and 10.4 of this CABEA have been completed, and (ii) all Developer Advances have been repaid, the Developer is a third-party beneficiary to this CABEA, and the Developer agrees to and acknowledges such as evidenced by signature below.

• The CAB shall maintain the public records for all the CAB Districts.
