CAB Districts definition

CAB Districts means, collectively, District No. 1, District No. 2, District No. 3, ATEC No. 1, ATEC No. 2 and the Coordinating District.
CAB Districts means all districts formed and operating pursuant to Title 32, C.R.S., which agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this CABEA and which are unanimously accepted by the CAB Board as members of the CAB: (i) AACMD, (ii) District No. 1, (iii) District Xx. 0, (xx) Xxxxxxxx Xx. 0, (x) Xxxxxxxx Xx. 0, (vi) ATEC No. 1, and (vi) ATEC No. 2.

  • The 2022B Bonds, which rely on and are allocated against the debt authority of the CAB Districts, are secured, in part, by a pledge of revenues from certain of the CAB districts.
