April 16 Warrant definition

April 16 Warrant means the Warrant dated as of April 16, 2001, issued by the Corporation to Insight.
April 16 Warrant means the Warrant, dated April 16, 2001, issued by the Company to the Purchasers. "By-laws" has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.1.
