Examples of Reverse Stock Split Date in a sentence
Subject to Section 6(d), each share of Series B Preferred Stock shall be convertible, at any time and from time to time only after the Reverse Stock Split Date, at the option of the Holder thereof, into that number of shares of Common Stock determined by dividing the Stated Value of such share of Series B Preferred Stock by the Conversion Price.
Subject to Section 6(d), each share of Series A Preferred Stock shall be convertible, at any time and from time to time only after the Reverse Stock Split Date, at the option of the Holder thereof, into that number of shares of Common Stock determined by dividing the Stated Value of such share of Series A Preferred Stock by the Conversion Price.

For purposes of clarity, the Holder shall have the right to convert this Preferred Stock at any time and from time to time, including during the period between Reverse Stock Split Date and Adjustment Date, and to sell Common Stock and other securities of the Company at any time and from time to time, including during the period between Reverse Stock Split Date and Adjustment Date.
For avoidance of doubt, until the Reverse Stock Split Date, warrants issued to any registered broker-dealer as a fee in connection with the Securities issued pursuant to the Purchase Agreement as described in clause (iii) above shall provide that such warrants shall not be allocated any portion of the Issuable Maximum and shall be unexercisable until the Reverse Stock Split Date.
