Approved Electronic Communication System definition

Approved Electronic Communication System means the StuckyNet System or any other equivalent electronic service, whether owned, operated or hosted by Agent, any affiliate of Agent or any other Person.
Approved Electronic Communication System means IntraLinks or any other equivalent electronic service, whether owned, operated or hosted by the Administrative Agent, any Affiliate of the Administrative Agent or any other Person.

  • Unless otherwise required by the Lender, the Borrowers shall have the option of delivering all documents and other information required to be provided to the Lender pursuant to Section 9.2(a) (Borrowing Base Certificate), Section 9.2(b) (Accounts Receivable Aging Report), Section 9.2(c) (Inventory Report), Section 9.2(d) (In-Transit Inventory Report), Section 9.2(e) (Accounts Payable Aging Report), and Section 9.2(g) (Equipment Report), through the Approved Electronic Communication System.

  • Unless otherwise required by Lender, all documents and other information required to be provided to Lender pursuant to Section 5.3(a) (Borrowing Base Certificate), Section 5.3(e) (Accounts Receivable Aging Report), Section 5.3(f) (Inventory Report), Section 5.3(g) (Accounts Payable Aging Report) and Section 5.3(h) (Equipment Report), shall be delivered to Lender through the Approved Electronic Communication System.

  • Approved Electronic Communication means each notice, demand, communication, information, document and other material transmitted, posted or otherwise made or communicated by e-mail, E-Fax, the Credit Management Module of PNC’s PINACLE® system, or any other equivalent electronic service agreed to by Agent, whether owned, operated or hosted by Agent, any Lender, any of their Affiliates or any other Person, that any party is obligated to, or otherwise chooses to, provide to Agent pursuant to this Agreement or any Other Document, including any financial statement, financial and other report, notice, request, certificate and other information material; provided that Approved Electronic Communications shall not include any notice, demand, communication, information, document or other material that Agent specifically instructs a Person to deliver in physical form.

  • Approved Electronic Communications means any notice, demand, communication, information, document or other material that any Credit Party provides to Administrative Agent pursuant to any Credit Document or the transactions contemplated therein which is distributed to the Agents or to the lenders by means of electronic communications pursuant to Section 10.1(b).

  • electronic commerce means the supply of goods or services or both, including digital products over digital or electronic network;

  • Electronic Control System means a combination of units, designed to co-operate in the production of the stated vehicle control function by electronic data processing. Such systems, often controlled by software, are built from discrete functional components such as sensors, electronic control units and actuators and connected by transmission links. They may include mechanical, electro-pneumatic or electro-hydraulic elements.

  • Electronic Communications and Transactions Act means the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (Act No. 25 of 2002);
