Electronic Service. For the avoidance of doubt, notice given under this Agreement shall be validly served if sent by email.
Electronic Service. 4.1. Where applicable, these Terms and Conditions define Your access rules for Electronic Service.
Electronic Service. 16.1 The Client agrees and undertakes that in respect of any use by the Client of the Electronic Service offered by WLSL from time to time, the Client will fully comply with and observe this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions of Electronic Service as set out in Schedule III.
Electronic Service i. The Customer agrees to use the Electronic Service offered by the Company in the future only in accordance with this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions of Electronic Service annexed as Schedule I to this Agreement.
Electronic Service. We shall have no liability to you (whether in contract or in tort, including negligence) in the event that any viruses, worms, software bombs or similar items are introduced into the System via an Electronic Service or any software provided by us to you in order to enable you to use the Electronic Service, provided that we have taken reasonable steps to prevent any such introduction. We shall not be obliged to execute any instruction which has been identified that is based on errors caused by delays of the system to update prices provided by the system price feeder or the third- party service providers. We do not accept any liability towards executed trades that have been based and have been the result of delays as described above.
Electronic Service. 16.1 The Customer agrees and undertakes that in respect of any use by the Customer of the Electronic Service offered by CMSHK from time to time, the Customer will fully comply with and observe this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions of Electronic Service as set out in Schedule II.
Electronic Service. The Portal must provide electronic service in accordance with established laws, rules, and procedures. Electronic service must enable parties of record to receive confidential information logging on and using the internal notification section. The public internet e-mail system may be used as a secondary notice mechanism that provides a unique and encrypted URL that can direct the Filer to the notification section using a hyperlink reference using an industry standard based web browser and SSL.
Electronic Service. You acknowledge that some Markets place restrictions on the types of orders that can be directly transmitted to their electronic trading systems and the transmission of such orders to the Market is dependent upon the accurate and timely receipt of prices or quotes from the relevant Market or market data provider. You acknowledge that a Market may cancel such an order when upgrading its systems, trading screens may drop the record of such an order, and you enter such orders at your own risk.
Electronic Service the use of the e-filing system to serve other attorneys and persons who are participating in e-filing with pleadings and papers filed with this Court and to receive any order or notices from the Court.
Electronic Service. 18.1 Unless otherwise specified, this Clause 18 is made without prejudice and in addition to all the other provisions in this Agreement.
