electronic communications service means a service normally provided for remuneration which consists wholly or mainly in the conveyance of signals on electronic communications networks, including telecommunications services and transmission services in networks used for broadcasting, but exclude services providing, or exercising editorial control over, content transmitted using electronic communications networks and services; it does not include information society services, as defined in Article 1 of Directive 98/34/EC, which do not consist wholly or mainly in the conveyance of signals on electronic communications networks;
electronic communications service means any service consisting in, or having as its principal feature, the conveyance by means of an Electronic Communications Network of signals, except in so far as it is a content service;
electronic communications service means a service which provides for users the ability to send or receive wire or electronic communications.

electronic communications service. ’ means any service which consists wholly or mainly of the conveyance by any means of electronic communications over an electronic communications network, but excludes broadcasting services as defined in section 1 of the Electronic Communications Act, 2005;
electronic communications service means a service provided wholly or partially by the conveyance of signals on an electronic communications network;
electronic communications service means a service as defined in point (c) of Article 2 of Directive 2002/21/EC;
electronic communications service or “ECS” means any service provided to the public, sections of the public, or the subscribers to such service, which consists wholly or mainly of the conveyance of electronic communications over an electronic communications network, but excludes broadcasting services;
electronic communications service means a service normally provided for remuneration via electronic communications networks, which encompasses, with the exception of services providing, or exercising editorial control over, content transmitted using electronic communications networks and services, the following types of services:
electronic communications service means electronic communications service as defined in point 4 of Article 2 of Directive (EU) 2018/1972;
electronic communications service means a service provided to the public, the State or to the subscribers to the service, which consists wholly or mainly of conveyance by any means of electronic communications over an electronic communication network;
