  • Each calendar month, the Agent shall send to the Borrowing Agent a statement showing the accounting for the Advances made and Letters of Credit issued, payments made or credited in respect thereof, and other transactions between the Agent and the Borrowers, during such month, and the Agent shall provide the Borrowing Agent with access to Agent’s global GIR and StuckyNet System as relating to the Borrowers.

  • Each such request (a “Revolving Advance Request”) for Alternate Base Rate Loans shall be transmitted to the Agent by an Approved Electronic Communication (or if requested by the Agent, only by a request posted to the Agent’s StuckyNet System).
