Apportionment Percentage definition

Apportionment Percentage means the Phase 1 Apportionment Percentage[,]/[or] the Phase 2 Apportionment Percentage [or the Phase 3 Apportionment Percentage] as the context requires;
Apportionment Percentage means the ratio of the distance traveled in the Member Jurisdiction by a Fleet during the Reporting Period to the distance traveled in all Member Jurisdictions by the Fleet during the Reporting Period, calculated to six decimal places, rounded to five decimal places, and multiplied by one hundred.
Apportionment Percentage means the percentage formula used to assign a portion of the business income of the taxpayer or the combined reporting group of which the taxpayer is a member to an income tax state.
