Member Jurisdictions definition

Member Jurisdictions means Columbus, Franklin County, Hilliard, Brown Township, Pleasant Township, Prairie Township and Washington Township. The following jurisdictions are eligible to become Member Jurisdictions upon adoption of the Big Darby Accord Plan by their governing body: Grove City, Village of Harrisburg, and Norwich Township.
