Application Steering Group definition

Application Steering Group means a team made up of named representatives from NGESO, Host TO, Affected TO(s) and Other Affected TO(s) (as appropriate), the “Application Steering Group”, which shall be formed to oversee the application process in relation to offshore connection applications. The remit of this group is to agree the Application Programme and monitor progress. The Application Steering Group is also responsible for resolving any disagreements relating to an NGESO Construction Application at first instance, prior to any necessary escalation. Dialogue will take place in person, by email, telephone or video conferencing as appropriate.
Application Steering Group means a team made up of named representatives from NGET, Host TO, Affected TO(s) and Other Affected TO(s) (as appropriate), which shall be formed to oversee the application process. The members of the Application Steering Group shall be identified on the Statement of Works Briefing Note. The remit of this group is to agree the Application Programme, monitor progress and agree any changes. The Application Steering Group is also responsible for resolving any disagreements relating to a NGET Request for aStatement of Works in the first instance, prior to any necessary escalation. Dialogue will take place in person, by e-mail, by telephone or by video conferencing as appropriate.

Examples of Application Steering Group in a sentence

  • If the Application Steering Group assess that the NGET Construction Application cannot progress without the missing technical data then the NGET Construction Application will be put on hold as ineffective.

  • If the Applicant cannot submit the data (e.g. because data is not available for new technology) then the Application Steering Group shall assess and advise the Parties whether it can progress the application or not and note/agree any assumptions made.

  • The Application Steering Group may need to meet to confirm the option.

  • Following confirmation by the Application Steering Group of the preferred options and any alternative options, each Affected Party shall update the Connections and Infrastructure Options Note where necessary and email to NGET.

  • The selected option shall be confirmed by the Application Steering Group and each Affected Party shall update its Connections and Infrastructure Options Note Section 3.

  • The Application Steering Group shall confirm the proposed Connection and infrastructure option and decide whether any further analysis is required.

  • Where a Party identifies the need for an extension in timescales then this shall initially be discussed by the Application Steering Group.

  • NGET shall reasonably consider the TO(s) proposal, liaising with the Application Steering Group if appropriate, and decide if it wishes to pursue working under an indemnity.

  • If the Application Steering Group agrees that there is a need for an extension, NGET shall submit an application to the Authority for an extension in timescales.

  • Where a Party requires an extension to its timescales and the Application Steering Group does not agree then that Party may submit such a request to the Authority.

Related to Application Steering Group

  • Steering Group means the Anti-Money Laundering Steering Group appointed pursuant to section 5;

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Games Team means the New Zealand Team at the Games selected in accordance with the NZOC Selection Policy for the Games.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Joint Proxy Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(a).

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Joint Research Committee or “JRC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4 (Joint Commercialization Committee).

  • Non-Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Clinical Study means a Phase I Study, Phase II Study, Phase III Study, or Pivotal Study, as applicable; but excluding any Post-Approval Studies.

  • Multiregional Modeling Working Group or “MMWG” shall mean the NERC working group that is charged with multi-regional modeling.

  • JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.

  • Joint Patent Committee or “JPC” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.3(a).

  • Application Program means a computer program which is intended to be executed for the purpose of performing useful work for the user of the information being processed. Application programs are developed or otherwise acquired by the user of the Hardware/Software system, but they may be supplied by the Contractor.

  • Clinical Trial means a Phase I Clinical Trial, Phase II Clinical Trial or Phase III Clinical Trial, or any post-approval human clinical trial, as applicable.

  • Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule means the Schedule containing a list of the Commercially Sensitive Information.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Selling Group has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2;

  • Joint Proxy Statement/Prospectus has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a).

  • Clinical peer means a physician or other health care professional who holds a non-restricted license in a state of the United States and in the same or similar specialty as typically manages the medical condition, procedure or treatment under review.
