  • The NZOC will consider all eligible nominated athletes for selection in the Games Team against the criteria set out in this Policy for Individual Events and Teams Events respectively.

  • The City hereby retains the exclusive right to use, between the hours of 6 a.m.and 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except during Games, Team Events, or ClubEvents, at no charge to the City, the seventy-five (75) parking spaces located in that part ofthe Parking Areas adjacent to the property formerly known as the Adventist property and parking area, known as the "lower lot".

  • The following words have these meanings in this Agreement unless the contrary intention appears: 2021 Australian Maccabiah Games Team Selection By-Law means the 2021 Australian Maccabiah Games Team Selection By-Law made available via MAI’s website at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ and as amended and replaced from time to time.

  • I acknowledge that membership of the 2023 Australian World Transplant Games Team is an honor and a privilege and that membership is subject to my compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
