Applicants has the meaning set forth in Section 7.12(b).
Bidders means any enterprise, consortium or person, partnership, company, close corporation, firm or any other form of enterprise or person, legal or natural, which has been invited by NHLS to submit a bid in response to this bid invitation.
Qualified Bidder(s means a Bidder who fulfills the eligibility criteria listed out in the E-Auction Process Information Document.
Eligible Bidder(s) means Bidder(s) who are eligible in terms of this E-Auction Process Memorandum, provisions of IBC and provisions of the Liquidation Process Regulations;
Responsive Bidder or Offeror means a person who submits a bid or proposal which conforms in all material respects to the invitation for bids or request for proposals.
Responsive bidder means a person who has submitted a bid that conforms in all material respects
Solicitation Agent means Prime Clerk LLC, the notice, claims, and solicitation agent retained by the Debtors in the Chapter 11 Cases.
Training Institution means the Grantee.
Designated Bidder means (a) an Eligible Assignee or (b) a special purpose corporation that is engaged in making, purchasing or otherwise investing in commercial loans in the ordinary course of its business and that issues (or the parent of which issues) commercial paper rated at least "Prime-1" (or the then equivalent grade) by Xxxxx'x or "A-1" (or the then equivalent grade) by S&P that, in the case of either clause (a) or (b), (i) is organized under the laws of the United States or any State thereof, (ii) shall have become a party hereto pursuant to Section 8.07(d), (e) and (f) and (iii) is not otherwise a Lender.
Instructions to Bidders means the document which provides interested Bidders with all information needed to prepare their Bids. This document also details out the process for the selection of the Consultant for the work mentioned in this tender document.
Submitting Institution An organization who submitted a genomic dataset to an NIH-designated data repository (e.g., dbGaP).

Bidder/Contractor means the interested Firm/ Company/ Supplier/ Distributors that may provide or provides related Equipment/Services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.
Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.
Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC)” means a telephone company certificated by the Commission to provide local Exchange Service within AT&T-21STATE’s franchised area.
Open Competitive Bidding means a fair and transparent specified procedure defined under these Rules, advertised in the prescribed manner, leading to the award of a contract whereby all interested persons, firms, companies or organizations may bid for the contract and includes both National and International Competitive Biddings;
Competitive bidding means a transparent process for procurement of equipment, services and works in which bids are invited by the project developer by open advertisement covering the scope and specifications of the equipment, services and works required for the project, and the terms and conditions of the proposed contract as well as the criteria by which bids shall be evaluated, and shall include domestic competitive bidding and international competitive bidding;
Receiving Institution The college or university where a transfer student plans to enroll and to apply previously earned credit toward a degree program.
Bid Solicitation Agent means the Person who is required to obtain bids for the Trading Price in accordance with Section 5.01(C)(i)(2) and the definition of “Trading Price.” The initial Bid Solicitation Agent on the Issue Date will be the Company; provided, however, that the Company may appoint any other Person (including any of the Company’s Subsidiaries) to be the Bid Solicitation Agent at any time after the Issue Date without prior notice.
Bidder/Tenderer means the interested Firm/Company/Supplier/Distributors that may provide or provides the general order items etc. and related services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.
Qualifying Institution means a United States commercial bank or trust company organized under the laws of the United States of America or a political subdivision thereof having assets of at least Ten Billion Dollars ($10,000,000,000) (net of reserves) and who satisfies the Credit Requirements.
Request for Proposal or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.
