Applicable EOI Policies definition

Applicable EOI Policies means (i) the Entergy System Code of Conduct for Nonemployees and other applicable nonemployee policies; (ii) certain rules and policies of a general corporate nature; and (iii) certain rules and policies relating to the Facilities, all as set out in Exhibit H. Items (i) and (ii) of the previous sentence as set out in Exhibit H may be modified by EOI from time to time, and EOI shall give EquaGen notice of any such modifications as soon as practicable thereafter. Item (iii) shall only be modified by mutual agreement of the Parties.

Examples of Applicable EOI Policies in a sentence

  • Tecumseh Center for the ArtsTCA has a state of the art projection, sound and technical system, which can accommodate local productions as well as national touring companies.

  • However, no Support Personnel shall be required to comply with Applicable EOI Policies that are inconsistent with Applicable Laws or Applicable Permits.

  • In connection with the business of EOI and the Facilities, EquaGen shall cause all Support Personnel provided hereunder to bring to bear his or her full experience and expertise in the performance of his or her duties and to comply with Applicable EOI Policies, including without limitation procedures applicable to personnel granted unescorted access to the Facilities.

Related to Applicable EOI Policies

  • Applicable Policies means the policies, bylaws, directives, regulations, guidelines, codes of conduct, rules, systems and procedures of AHS listed in Schedule “F” attached.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(e).

  • Applicable Policy means any rules, policies, directives, standards of practice or Program Parameters issued or adopted by the Funder, the Ministry or other ministries or agencies of the province of Ontario that are applicable to the HSP, the Services, this Agreement and the parties’ obligations under this Agreement during the term of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Applicable Policy includes the other documents identified in Schedule C;

  • Delinquency Collection Policies and Procedures The delinquency collection policies and procedures of the Interim Servicer, a copy of which is attached to the Interim Servicing Agreement as Exhibit 11.

  • Consensus Policies are those policies established (1) pursuant to the procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws and due process, and (2) covering those topics listed in Section 1.2 of this Specification. The Consensus Policy development process and procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws may be revised from time to time in accordance with the process set forth therein.

  • R&W Policy means any buyer-side representations and warranties insurance policy purchased by a Buyer or an Affiliate thereof in connection with this Agreement on or before the Closing Date.

  • Bulk PMI Policy Not applicable.

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Mandatory Policies means the following of our business policies and codes:

  • Applicable Wages means the basic straight time wages for all hours worked, including:

  • Shared Policies means all Policies, current or past, which are owned or maintained by or on behalf of D&B or any of its Subsidiaries which relate to one or more of the D&B Business, the Cognizant Business or the ACNielsen Business.

  • D&O Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).

  • LPMI Policy A policy of primary mortgage guaranty insurance issued by a LPMI Insurer pursuant to which the related premium is to be paid from payments of interest made by the Mortgagor.

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Policies shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • Applicable Requirements means all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or judicial or administrative orders, permits, licenses, authorizations, approvals and other duly authorized actions of any federal, state, local or other governmental regulatory or administrative agency, court, commission, department, board, or other governmental subdivision, legislature, rulemaking board, tribunal, or other governmental authority having jurisdiction, NYISO, NYSRC and NPCC requirements, and any applicable reliability standards.

  • Privacy Policies means all published, posted and written internal policies, procedures, agreements and notices with respect to the Company’s collection, use, storage, disclosure, or cross-border transfer of Personal Data.

  • Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • Company Privacy Policies means all current and, to the extent applicable, prior public or internal policies, procedures and representations of the Company or its Subsidiaries to the extent relating to data security or the Processing of Personally Identifiable Information, including the Data Protection Program.

  • Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.

  • PMI Policy A policy of primary mortgage guaranty insurance issued by a Qualified Insurer, as required by this Agreement with respect to certain Mortgage Loans.

  • Credit and Collection Policies or “Credit and Collection Policy” means the policies, practices and procedures adopted by the Issuer on the Closing Date, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of Obligors and the extension of credit to Obligors, or relating to the maintenance of those types of receivables and the related equipment and collections on those types of receivables and the related equipment.

  • Claims Made Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b).

  • Exchange Policies means the policies, bylaws, rules and regulations of the Exchange governing the granting of options by the Company, as amended from time to time;

  • D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.
