  • Client must do any and all actions that are reason- ably necessary or required to enable The Sound of Applause to deliver the commissioned work punctually and properly, in particular by securing the supply of complete, sound and clear data or materials in a timely manner.

  • Services means all services and the work product commissioned by Client and to be provided to Client by The Sound of Applause as described and otherwise further defined in the Proposal.
