AOL Domain Names definition

AOL Domain Names shall have the meaning given in Section 4.7.

Examples of AOL Domain Names in a sentence

  • Licensee acknowledges and agrees that (i) the AOL Domain Names and New AOL Domain Names are and shall remain the sole property of Licensor; (ii) nothing in this Agreement shall convey to Licensee any right of ownership in the AOL Domain Names; and (iii) all use of AOL Domain Names and New AOL Domain Names by Licensee shall inure to the benefit of Licensor.

  • Licensee shall inform Licensor of proposed new AOL Domain Names Licensee desires to use in connection with the Licensee Interactive Services.

  • Licensor shall not unreasonably withhold or delay its approval of the proposed use of any such proposed AOL Domain Names.

  • Licensee shall take such steps as Licensor and its Affiliates may reasonably request, at Licensee's expense, to assist Licensor in protecting Licensor's, AOL's and Licensee's rights in the AOL Marks, AOL Domain Names, or New AOL Domain Names.

  • Licensor shall thereafter take steps, in its reasonable discretion, to protect registered AOL Domain Names in the Territory.

  • Licensor shall initially have the sole right and discretion to bring proceedings alleging infringement of AOL Marks, AOL Domain Names, or New AOL Domain Names or unfair competition against such third parties ("Offensive Proceedings") and to defend proceedings brought or threatened against Licensor or Licensee based on use of AOL Marks, AOL Domain Names, or New AOL Domain Names.

  • Licensee shall, at its own expense, take such steps as Licensor and its Affiliates may reasonably request to assist Licensor in protecting Licensor's, AOL's and Licensee's rights in AOL Domain Names.

  • Each party agrees to notify the -------------------------------- other party of any unauthorized use of the AOL Marks, Licensed Licensee Marks, AOL Domain Names, or New AOL Domain Names by third parties promptly as such use shall come to such notifying party's attention.

  • Licensee shall pay any filing, maintenance, administrative or other fees associated with establishing and preserving the AOL Domain Names in the Territory.

  • Subject to this Section 4, Licensee shall have the ------------ right and license to use, on a royalty-free basis, to the extent available under applicable law and national domain registries, applicable AOL Marks as universal resource locators, domain names, sub-domain names, newsgroup names and other similar or related identifiers for Internet uses ("AOL Domain Names").

Related to AOL Domain Names

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • Domain Names means all Internet domain names and associated URL addresses in or to which any Grantor now or hereafter has any right, title or interest.

  • Internet Domain Name means all right, title and interest (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to internet domain names.

  • Domain Name means the domain name(s) (universal resource locators), and registration(s) thereof, issued by any Person or authority that issues and maintains the domain name registration; provided, however, “Domain Name” shall not include any trademark or service mark rights to such domain names other than the rights to the Product Trademarks required to be divested.

  • Trademark Rights means all common law and other rights (but in no event any of the obligations) in and to the Trademarks in the United States and any state thereof and in foreign countries.

  • Product Copyrights means rights to all original works of authorship of any kind directly related to a Divestiture Product and any registrations and applications for registrations thereof within the Geographic Territory, including, but not limited to, the following: all such rights with respect to all promotional materials for healthcare providers, all promotional materials for patients, and educational materials for the sales force; copyrights in all preclinical, clinical and process development data and reports relating to the research and Development of that Product or of any materials used in the research, Development, manufacture, marketing or sale of that Product, including all copyrights in raw data relating to Clinical Trials of that Product, all case report forms relating thereto and all statistical programs developed (or modified in a manner material to the use or function thereof (other than through user references)) to analyze clinical data, all market research data, market intelligence reports and statistical programs (if any) used for marketing and sales research; all copyrights in customer information, promotional and marketing materials, that Product’s sales forecasting models, medical education materials, sales training materials, and advertising and display materials; all records relating to employees of a Respondent who accept employment with an Acquirer (excluding any personnel records the transfer of which is prohibited by applicable Law); all copyrights in records, including customer lists, sales force call activity reports, vendor lists, sales data, reimbursement data, speaker lists, manufacturing records, manufacturing processes, and supplier lists; all copyrights in data contained in laboratory notebooks relating to that Product or relating to its biology; all copyrights in adverse experience reports and files related thereto (including source documentation) and all copyrights in periodic adverse experience reports and all data contained in electronic databases relating to adverse experience reports and periodic adverse experience reports; all copyrights in analytical and quality control data; and all correspondence with the FDA or any other Agency.

  • Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.

  • Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) (11/18) means any patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names, service marks, trademarks, trade dress, moral rights, know-how and any other similar rights or intangible assets to which rights of ownership accrue, and all registrations, applications, disclosures, renewals, extensions, continuations, or reissues of the foregoing now or hereafter in force. “Key Personnel” (11/18) means the specific individuals identified in Section 3.11 to fill Key Positions.

  • Trademark Licensee means any corporation, partnership, limited liability company or similar legal entity (and not a person) that has a written trademark license agreement with Registry Operator or its Affiliate, for use of the registered trademark owned by Registry Operator or its Affiliate, the textual elements of which correspond exactly to the .Brand TLD string operated by Registry Operator, where:

  • Trademark means any trademark, trade name, service xxxx, service name, brand, domain name, trade dress, logo, slogan or other indicia of origin or ownership, including the goodwill and activities associated with each of the foregoing.

  • Licensed Intellectual Property Rights means any and all Intellectual Property Rights owned by a Third Party and licensed or sublicensed to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or for which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has obtained a covenant not to be sued.

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Trade Marks mean registered Trade Marks and Trade Xxxx applications and include any sign or logo, or combination of signs and/or logos capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one undertaking from those of another undertaking;

  • Joint Intellectual Property Rights means any work under the Subcontract, which:

  • Intellectual Property Right means any patent, patent right, trademark, trademark right, trade name, trade name right, service xxxx, service xxxx right, copyright and other proprietary intellectual property right and computer program.

  • Mask Works are all mask works or similar rights available for the protection of semiconductor chips, now owned or later acquired.

  • Trademark License Agreement means that certain Trademark License Agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.

  • IP means Internet Protocol.

  • Intellectual Property Agreement means the agreement in substantially the form set forth as Exhibit B.

  • Trademarks means any trademarks, service marks, trade dress, trade names, brand names, internet domain names, designs, logos, or corporate names (including, in each case, the goodwill associated therewith), whether registered or unregistered, and all registrations and applications for registration and renewal thereof.

  • Intellectual Property License Agreement means the license of Intellectual Property by and between Weyerhaeuser and Newco substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B.

  • Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property licensed to the Company pursuant to the Company IP Agreements.

  • Product Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • Intellectual property record means a record, other than a financial or administrative record, that is produced or collected by or for faculty or staff of a state institution of higher learning in the conduct of or as a result of study or research on an educational, commercial, scientific, artistic, technical, or scholarly issue, regardless of whether the study or research was sponsored by the institution alone or in conjunction with a governmental body or private concern, and that has not been publicly released, published, or patented.

  • Trademark License means any written agreement granting any right to use any Trademark or Trademark registration, now owned or hereafter acquired by Borrower or in which Borrower now holds or hereafter acquires any interest.

  • Company Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property Rights owned by any Person (other than a Group Company) that is licensed to any Group Company.
