Partner affirms that none of its owners, directors, employees, and to its knowledge, third parties involved in the performance of this Agreement is a Politically Exposed Person or Government Official or a Close Family Member of a Government Official (all “Covered Individual”), (i) with the ability, or appearance of ability, to influence the performance of this Agreement or (ii) who will derive any substantial financial benefit in the contractual relationship established by this Agreement.
