Missing Person definition

Missing Person means a Covered Person who disappeared for an unknown reason and whose disappearance was reported to the Appropriate Authority(ies).

Examples of Missing Person in a sentence

  • Where the Chief of Police or his designate assigns a constable, who meets the requirements as determined through the Expression of Interest submission, to the Criminal Investigation Branch (which only includes General Assignment, Sexual Asssults, High Risk Offender Manager, Missing Person Coordinator, CID Fraud, Cyber Crime, Intelligence, Drugs and BEAR units), such Constable shall receive his normal rate of pay for the first twelve months on his/her assignment - referred to as Year 1.
