Annual Statutory Statements definition

Annual Statutory Statements means (a) in the case of the Company, the Annual Statement of the Company, as filed with the Nebraska Insurance Department, for the years ended December 31, 1998, 1997 and 1996, in each case including all exhibits, interrogatories, notes and schedules thereto and any auditor's report, actuarial opinion, affirmation or certification filed in connection therewith and (b) in the case of FRC, the Annual Statement of FRC, as filed with the New York Insurance Department, for the year ended December 31, 1998, including all exhibits, interrogatories, notes and schedules thereto and any auditor's report, actuarial opinion, affirmation or certification filed in connection therewith.
