Annual Facility Fee definition

Annual Facility Fee. Is defined in Section 1-9(a).

Annual Facility Fee. An amount equal to (i) 1.00% of the Total Commitment due on the Closing Date, and (ii) 1.00% of the Total Commitment due on every anniversary thereafter of the Closing Date.
