Amazon Lease Renewal Trigger definition

Amazon Lease Renewal Trigger means the earliest of (i) September 30, 2018, unless the Approved Replacement Lease Start Date has occurred in connection with the renewal of the Amazon Lease, or (ii) the effective date on which the Amazon Lease terminates. Following the occurrence of an Amazon Lease Renewal Trigger, the Amazon Lease Renewal Trigger shall terminate upon a Cash Flow Sweep Cure with respect to such Amazon Lease Renewal Trigger.
