Alpha7 NNR definition

Alpha7 NNR means any NNR comprised, in whole or in part, of Alpha7 subunits.

  • CDSL means Central Depository Services (India) Ltd.

  • POPI means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, as amended from time to time, together with any regulations issued from time to time in terms thereof;

  • MOHLTC means the Minister or the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, as the context requires;

  • Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.

  • Xxxxxxx Group means (i) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family, (ii) Xxxxxxx Energy Partners I, LP and SEP Management I, LLC, (iii) Xxxxxxx Parent, (iv) Xxxxxxx Investor, (v) Xxxxxxx Production Partners LP, (vi) Xxxxxxx Oil & Gas Corporation, (vii) Blackstone Newco and (viii) any Person Controlled by any one or more of the foregoing (other than the General Partner, the Partnership or any of their respective Subsidiaries).

  • Beacon means a highway traffic signal with one or more signal sections that operate in a flashing mode. (ORC 4511.01(KKK))

  • CM means City Manager of COE appointed in terms of Section 82 of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act 117 of 1998

  • We/Us/Our means TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.

  • CAISO Global Resource ID means the number or name assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO- Approved Meter.

  • CDDP means "Community Developmental Disabilities Program".

  • LSD means lysergic acid diethylamide.

  • IR means Indian Railways.

  • Xxxxxx Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.

  • EG means the Enforcement Guide;

  • DS Electric generation service that is provided at retail pursuant to the Applicable Legal Authorities under the Company’s retail electric tariffs and under any other agreements or arrangements between the Company and Customers, to any Customer that is not being served by an EGS. Default Allocation Assessment – shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the PJM Agreements. Delivery Period – The delivery period specified in an Appendix C Transaction Confirmation. Delivery Point – Means the applicable zone of the Company as designated by PJM. DS Customer(s) – Retail customers who are provided Default Service pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Applicable Legal Authorities and the Company’s retail tariffs.

  • Renewable Energy Source means an energy source that is not fossil carbon-based, non- renewable or radioactive, and may include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, landfill gas, or wave, tidal and thermal ocean technologies, and includes a Certified Renewable Energy Source.

  • CSDP means the Central Securities Depository Prague

  • TELRIC means Total Element Long-Run Incremental Cost.

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;

  • Insight as used in this clause, means technical visibility into the Program, maintained through audit, surveillance, assessment of trends and metrics, software independent verification and validation, the flight readiness review process, and review or independent assessment of out-of-family anomalies occurring in any phase of the program.

  • SDSL or "Symmetric Digital Subscriber Line" is a baseband DSL transmission technology that permits the bi-directional transmission from up to 160 kbps to 2.048 Mbps on a single pair. "VDSL" or "Very High Speed Digital Subscriber Line" is a baseband DSL transmission technology that permits the transmission of up to 52 Mbps downstream (from the Central Office to the End User Customer) and up to 2.3 Mbps digital signal upstream (from the End User Customer to the Central Office). VDSL can also be 26 Mbps symmetrical, or other combination.

  • DP means Delivery Period
