Allied Disclosure Schedule definition

Allied Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule delivered by Allied to Nationwide, dated the date hereof.
Allied Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule delivered by Allied to Republic concurrently with the execution of this Agreement.
Allied Disclosure Schedule has the meaning set forth in the preamble to Article IV of the Agreement.
