Aggregate Accreted Principal Amount definition

Aggregate Accreted Principal Amount means an amount as calculated by the Company equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes redeemed or repurchased or otherwise due plus the Accretion Premium on the principal amount of such Notes.   • The Company shall require each Paying Agent other than the Trustee to agree in writing that the Paying Agent will hold in trust for the benefit of Holders or the Trustee all money held by the Paying Agent for the payment of principal and Aggregate Accreted Principal Amount, premium, if any, or interest on the Notes, and will notify the Trustee of any default by the Company in making any such payment.

  • The Company shall pay or cause to be paid the principal or Aggregate Accreted Principal Amount, if any, of, premium, if any, and interest on, the Notes on the dates and in the manner provided in the Notes.

  • Accreted Principal Amount for the Class A-2 Certificates means for each six month period from and including each date specified in Schedule II hereof to but excluding the next such date, the amount specified in Schedule II as the "Ending Balance" for such beginning date.

  • Accelerated Principal Amount for a Distribution Date will equal the lesser of

  • Class B-5 Optimal Principal Amount As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (I) the sum, as to each Outstanding Mortgage Loan, of the product of (x) the Non-PO Fraction with respect to such Mortgage Loan and (y) the sum of:
