Administrative Reserve Bank definition

Administrative Reserve Bank means the Reserve Bank in whose District an entity is located, as determined under the procedure described in Regulation D (12 CFR 204.3(b)(2)), even if the entity is not otherwise subject to that section.
Administrative Reserve Bank means, with respect to a Participant, the Reserve Bank in whose Federal Reserve district the Participant is located in accordance with section 4.6.1.
Administrative Reserve Bank means the Reserve Bank that maintains the Institution's Master Account, pursuant to Operating Circular 1.

  • A paying bank’s settlement with its Administrative Reserve Bank is deemed to be settlement with the Re- serve Bank from which the paying bank received the item.

  • Funding Bank shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.3 hereof.
