Adient HSA definition

Adient HSA shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(c).

Related to Adient HSA

  • IPPF means the indigenous peoples planning framework for the Investment Program, including any update thereto, agreed between the Borrower and ADB and incorporated by reference in the FFA;

  • DSM means the most current edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association.

  • Nutrient management plan means a plan developed or approved by the Department of Conservation and Recreation that requires proper storage, treatment and management of poultry waste, including dry litter, and limits accumulation of excess nutrients in soils and leaching or discharge of nutrients into state waters.

  • CMC means Comprehensive maintenance Contract (labour, spare and preventive maintenance)

  • GCP means good clinical practices, which are the then-current standards for Clinical Trials for pharmaceuticals, as set forth in the FD&C Act or other Applicable Law, and such standards of good clinical practice as are required by the Regulatory Authorities of Europe and other organizations and governmental authorities in countries for which the applicable Licensed Agent or Product is intended to be Developed, to the extent such standards are not less stringent than United States standards.

  • UMDAP means the Uniform Method of Determining Ability to Pay and refers to the 2 method used for determining the annual Client liability for Mental Health Services received from the 3 COUNTY mental health system and is set by the State of California.

  • BPSS means the recognised standard for HMG for staff vetting which comprises verification of (1) identity, (2) employment history, (3) nationality and immigration status (including the right to work), and Criminal Records Bureau check (including a five (5) year address history check).

  • Analytical x-ray system means a group of components utilizing x-rays to determine the elemental composition or to examine the microstructure of materials.

  • SAIC means the State Administration of Industry and Commerce of the PRC or its local branches as appropriate to the context.

  • Clinical peer means a physician or other health care professional who holds a non-restricted license in a state of the United States and in the same or similar specialty as typically manages the medical condition, procedure or treatment under review.

  • GXP means any Point of Connection on the Grid:

  • TDP means “TDP” as that term is defined in the Second Amended Joint Plan or as that term is defined in any Plan confirmed by the Bankruptcy Court.

  • IMS has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5.4(i).

  • IOSCO means the International Organisation of Securities Commissions.

  • COVID-19 means SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, and any evolutions or mutations thereof or related or associated epidemics, pandemic or disease outbreaks.

  • Novartis shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • APC means the Ambulatory Payment Classification system under 42 CFR 419.31 used by Medicare for grouping clinically and resource-similar procedures and services.

  • TMA means the Taxes Management Xxx 0000;

  • Third Party Vendor means any person or entity that provides SaaS, third party software and/or related intellectual property. “Work” means any additional work the Customer requests Singtel to perform in relation to the Service.

  • FMCSA means Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • FIS means free into store delivery, which requires the Supplier to pay all costs and be responsible for all requirements associated with the supply and delivery of Goods to the Company at the delivery site described in the Order, including all costs associated with transport, insurances, licences, authorisations, duties and taxes.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified.   • ATS means an alternative trading system, as defined in Rule 300(a)(1) of Regulation ATS under the Exchange Act.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • CDC means Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
