Additional Document definition

Additional Document means any additional document to be executed by the Bank and the Customer for any additional Trade Service, in the form prescribed by the Bank.
Additional Document means any document (other than the Order and these Terms and Conditions) which Triptex and the Customer agree shall form part of the Contract;

More Definitions of Additional Document

Additional Document means each of this Deed and the Supplemental Agreement, (including any documents executed or to be executed thereunder) and, in the plural, means all of them.
