Mortgage Addenda definition

Mortgage Addenda means the 2020 Mortgage Addendum, the 2021 Mortgage Addendum, the May 2023 Mortgage Addendum and the October 2023 Mortgage Addendum.

Mortgage Addenda means, together, the First Mortgage Addenda and the Second Mortgage Addenda;

Mortgage Addenda means in relation to each Existing Mortgage, an addendum to the Existing Mortgage, executed or to be executed by the relevant Borrower in favour of the Security Trustee substantially in the form set out in Appendix 3 (or in such other form as the Agent may approve or require);

Examples of Mortgage Addenda in a sentence

• The Borrower and each of the other Security Parties represents and warrants to the Creditor Parties that the representations and warranties in the Finance Documents (other than the Loan Agreement) to which it is a party, as amended and restated by this Agreement and updated with appropriate modifications to refer to this Agreement and, where appropriate, the Mortgage Addenda, remain true and not misleading if repeated on the date of this Agreement with reference to the circumstances now existing.

• Each Borrower represents and warrants to the Agent that the representations and warranties in clause 10 of the Loan Agreement, as amended by this Agreement and updated with appropriate modifications to refer to this Agreement and, where appropriate, the Mortgage Addenda and the New Collateral Finance Documents, remain true and not misleading if repeated on the date of this Agreement with reference to the circumstances now existing.

• Each Obligor that is a party to the Facility Agreement makes the representations and warranties set out in clause 18 (representations) of the Facility Agreement, as amended and restated by this Agreement and updated with appropriate modifications to refer to this Agreement and, where appropriate, the Mortgage Addenda, by reference to the circumstances then existing on the date of this Agreement and on the Effective Date.

More Definitions of Mortgage Addenda

Mortgage Addenda means any or all of them;

Mortgage Addenda means, together, the Aegean Ace Mortgage Addendum and the Aegean Champion Mortgage Addendum and "Mortgage Addendum" means either of them;

Mortgage Addenda means the amendments to each Mortgage (other than the Mortgage in respect of Vessel F) to be entered into by the relevant Original Borrower and the Security Agent;
