Mortgage Addenda definition

Mortgage Addenda means the 2020 Mortgage Addendum, the 2021 Mortgage Addendum, the May 2023 Mortgage Addendum and the October 2023 Mortgage Addendum.
Mortgage Addenda means, together, the First Mortgage Addenda and the Second Mortgage Addenda;
Mortgage Addenda means in relation to each Existing Mortgage, an addendum to the Existing Mortgage, executed or to be executed by the relevant Borrower in favour of the Security Trustee substantially in the form set out in Appendix 3 (or in such other form as the Agent may approve or require);

More Definitions of Mortgage Addenda

Mortgage Addenda means any or all of them;
Mortgage Addenda means, together, the Aegean Ace Mortgage Addendum and the Aegean Champion Mortgage Addendum and "Mortgage Addendum" means either of them;
