Actual Capex definition

Actual Capex means the actual Capital Expenditure of the Franchisee in the relevant period;
Actual Capex means, with respect to each line item of capital expenditures set forth in the CapEx Schedule, the aggregate amount of the Company’s actual capital expenditures with respect to such line item during the period between January 1, 2015 through the Closing Date (other than, for the avoidance of doubt, any capital expenditures included in the determination of the Madison Investment and any emergency capital expenditures).
Actual Capex means the actual Capital Expenditure of the Franchisee as shown in the ACAR Section of the Management Accounts in the relevant period;

Related to Actual Capex

  • Actual Costs means any costs, direct losses and expenses (including any loss of revenue) reasonably incurred or reasonably expected to be incurred by the Train Operator including those attributable to limb (f) of a Category 3 Disruption and any increase in Variable Costs but net of:

  • Actual Cost means the cost of depleted supplies, records storage media costs, actual mailing and alternative delivery costs, or other transmitting costs, and any direct equipment operating and maintenance costs, including actual costs paid to private contractors for copying services.

  • Contractual Currency has the meaning given in Clause 21.5;
