Actavis Product all Products that are being researched, tested, developed, commercialized, manufactured, sold or distributed by Actavis or any of its Subsidiaries and all Products with respect to which Actavis or any of its Subsidiaries has royalty rights;
Actavis Product means an extended release oral capsule product containing the Compound as its sole active ingredient, which is the subject of the Actavis ANDA, including all formulations and strengths thereof, described therein now or hereafter.
Actavis Product means any product made, used, sold, offered for sale, imported or distributed pursuant to the Actavis ANDA.
