Account Proceeds definition

Account Proceeds has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Account Proceeds means any and all Rents and other revenue in connection with the Property that is deposited by any Clearing Bank, the Borrower, the Manager or otherwise into the Cash Collateral Account from time to time.
