Account Eligibility Criteria definition

Account Eligibility Criteria means, as of a specified date, an Eligible Credit Card Account which is (i) in existence, is owned by the Seller and is maintained and serviced by the Seller, the Servicer or any Person delegated responsibility by the Servicer as permitted under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement; (ii) not, and the Receivables thereunder are not, subject to any lien or have not been sold to any other Person; (iii) payable in Canadian dollars; and (iv) an account that satisfies the additional criteria, if any, applicable to Accounts set forth in any Series Purchase Agreement or any Additional Property Agreement.

  • Functional Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 27 of this Part C.

  • Applicable Servicing Criteria With respect to the Servicer, the Special Servicer or any Servicing Function Participant, the Servicing Criteria applicable to it, as set forth on Exhibit L attached hereto. For clarification purposes, multiple parties can have responsibility for the same Applicable Servicing Criteria and with respect to a Servicing Function Participant engaged by the Servicer or the Special Servicer, the term “Applicable Servicing Criteria” may refer to a portion of the Applicable Servicing Criteria applicable to the Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be.

  • Automatic Route Selection or “ARS” means a service feature associated with a specific grouping of lines that provides for automatic selection of the least expensive or most appropriate transmission facility for each call based on criteria programmed into the system.
