Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefits definition

Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefits only, "Hospital" means a facility that is licensed as a general hospital by the proper authority of the state or jurisdiction in which it is located and operating within the scope of such license.

Payment of Accrued Benefits shall be made promptly in accordance with the Employer's prevailing practice with respect to clauses (i) and (ii) or, with respect to clauses (iii), (iv) and (v), pursuant to the terms of the benefit plan or practice establishing such benefits.
