State or jurisdiction means and includes any state or territory of the United States, the District of Columbia and any foreign jurisdiction that issues real estate licenses substantially similar to those provided for in this chapter.

Examples of State or jurisdiction in a sentence

  • Code, Chapter 1, excluding any rule or principle that would refer to and apply the substantive law of another State or jurisdiction.
