Acceptance of Service of Process. (i) In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Developer against the City, service of process on the City shall be made by personal service upon the City Clerk or in such other manner as may be provided by law.
Acceptance of Service of Process. In the event that any legal action is commenced by Developer against Agency, service of process on Agency shall be made by personal service upon the Executive Director or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by Agency against Developer, service of process on Developer shall be made in such manner as may be provided by law.

In the event that any legal action is commenced by Developer against City, service of process on City shall be made by personal service upon the Director or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by City against Developer, service of process on Developer shall be made by personal service upon applicable person or entity specified in the documents on file for Developer with the California Secretary of State, or in such other manner as may be provided by law.

In the event that any legal action is commenced by Developer against City, service of process on City shall be made by personal service upon the City Clerk of City or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by City against Developer, service of process on Developer shall be made by personal service upon W-K Ventures, Inc., a California corporation, Developer’s registered agent for service of process in California, at 000 Xxxxxxx'x Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, 0xx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxx, XX 00000 or in such other manner as may be provided by law.

In the event that any legal action is commenced by Developer against Agency, service of process on Agency shall be made by personal service upon the Executive Director or Secretary of Agency, or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by Agency against Developer, service of process on Developer shall be made in such manner as may be provided by law and shall be valid whether made within or without the State of California.
Acceptance of Service of Process. (a) In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Developer against the County, service of process on the County shall be made by personal service upon the County Clerk or in such other manner as may be provided by law.
Acceptance of Service of Process. In the event that any legal action is commenced by SUBRECIPIENT against CITY, service of process on CITY shall be made by personal service upon the Executive Director or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by CITY against SUBRECIPIENT, service of process on SUBRECIPIENT shall be made by personal service upon SUBRECIPIENT’s Representative or in such other manner as may be provided by law.
Acceptance of Service of Process. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Redeveloper against the Agency, service of process on the Agency shall be made by personal service upon the Executive Director of the Agency or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Agency against the Redeveloper, service of process on the Redeveloper shall be made by personal service upon the Redeveloper or in such other manner as may be provided by law and shall be valid whether made within or without the State of California.
Acceptance of Service of Process. In the event that any legal action is commenced against Agency, service of process on Agency shall be made by personal service upon the Agency Secretary or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced against Developer, service of process on Developer shall be made by personal service upon a partner or an officer of Developer and shall be valid whether made within or outside the State of California or in such other manner as may be provided by law.
Acceptance of Service of Process. The Board of Directors, by resolution, shall designate a specific location at which it will receive notices, correspondence, and other communications, and shall designate one of its members as an officer for the purpose of receiving service on behalf of the Board of Directors. In the event that any legal action is commenced against the JPA, service of process on the JPA shall be made by personal service upon the Executive Director or President of the JPA, or in such other manner as may be provided by law.
