Common use of Acceptance of Service of Process Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Service of Process. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Developer against the Agency, service of process on the Agency shall be made by personal service upon the Agency’s Director or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Agency against the Developer, service of process on the Developer shall be made in the manner required by law or, in the alternative, by personal service upon any officer of the Developer so long as a copy of such service is delivered in accordance with Section 601 of this Agreement, and said service shall be effective whether made within or outside the State of California.

Acceptance of Service of Process. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Developer against the AgencyOwner, service of process on the Agency Owner shall be made by personal service upon the Agency’s Executive Director or Secretary of Owner, or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Agency Owner against the Developer, service of process on the Developer shall be made in the such manner required as may be provided by law or, in the alternative, by personal service upon any officer of the Developer so long as a copy of such service is delivered in accordance with Section 601 of this Agreement, and said service shall be effective valid whether made within or outside without the State of California.

In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Agency against the Developer, service of process on the Developer shall be made in the manner required by law or, in the alternative, by personal service upon any officer the Developer (or upon a member of the Developer so long as a copy of such service is delivered in accordance with Section 601 of this Agreement, Developer) and said service shall be effective valid whether made within or outside without the State of California, or in such manner as may be provided by law.

In the event that any legal action is commenced by the Agency Authority against the Developer, service of process on the Developer shall be made in the manner required by law or, in the alternative, by personal service upon any owner, general partner, officer or manager of the Developer so long or in such other manner as a copy of such service is delivered in accordance with Section 601 of this Agreementmay be provided by law, and said service shall be effective whether made within or outside without the State of California.
