Common use of Acceptance of Service of Process Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Service of Process. In the event that any legal action is commenced by the SUBRECIPIENT against CITY, service of process on CITY shall be made by personal service upon the Executive Director or in such other manner as may be provided by law. In the event that any legal action is commenced by CITY against the SUBRECIPIENT, service of process on the SUBRECIPIENT shall be made by personal service upon SUBRECIPIENT’s Representative or in such other manner as may be provided by law.
