Examples of Acceding Lender in a sentence
Upon any Acceding Lender becoming a Lender hereunder as a result of a Commitment Increase pursuant to Section 2.17 and upon the Administrative Agent’s receipt of such Lender’s Accession Agreement and recording of information contained therein in the Register, from and after the applicable Increase Date, the Administrative Agent shall make all payments hereunder and under any Notes issued in connection therewith in respect of the interest assumed thereby to such Acceding Lender.
The Acceding Lender authorizes the Administrative Agent to take such actions on its behalf and to exercise such powers as are delegated to the Administrative Agent by the terms of the Credit Agreement, together with such actions and powers as are reasonably incidental thereto.
All communications and notices hereunder to the Acceding Lender shall be given to it at the address set forth under its signature hereto.
If the Acceding Lender is organized under the laws of a jurisdiction outside the United States, it will provide, following the Effective Date, the forms specified in Section 2.18(g) of the Credit Agreement, at the times specified therein, duly completed and executed by the Acceding Lender.
Upon request of any Acceding Lender, Borrower shall issue a Revolving Loan Note to evidence the Principal Amount of such Lender’s Commitment.
