Absolute TSR Performance Vesting Percentage definition

Absolute TSR Performance Vesting Percentage means the percentage determined as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto, which is a function of the Company TSR Percentage during the Performance Period.

  • The number of Operational Performance Units that vest on the Vesting Date and become “Vested Operational Performance Units” based on the achievement of Operational Performance Goals attained by the Company during the Performance Period shall be determined by multiplying the number of Aggregate Operational Performance Units by the applicable Absolute TSR Performance Vesting Percentage.

  • Achievement Percentage means the percentage of achievement determined by the Committee after the end of the Performance Cycle in accordance with Section 4 that reflects the extent to which the Company achieved the Performance Goals during the Performance Cycle.

  • Performance Year means the calendar year prior to the year in which an Annual Award is made by the Committee.

  • Revenue Growth means the percentage change in revenue (as defined in Statement of Financial Accounting Concepts No. 6, published by the Financial Accounting Standards Board) from one period to another.
