Such Persons may be admitted to foe Partnership as Additional Partners by foe General Partner without foe consent o f foe Limited Partners; provided, however, that, if foe General Partner proposes to admit as an Additional General Partner any Person who is not an A ffiliate of foe General Partner, foe written consent o f a Majority in Interest o f foe Limited Partners shall be a condition to such admission.
