2011 Note definition

2011 Note means the Limited Tax General Obligation Bond Anticipation Note, 2011 (Non-Revolving Line of Credit) of the City in the principal amount of not to exceed $30,000,000 authorized by the 2011 Note Ordinance.
2011 Note has the meaning specified to it in the third recital paragraph of this Supplemental Indenture.
